GRADE 5-7
Hebrew skills, Jewish identity, Jewish history and culture are all taught through the lens of social, emotional learning and interactive engagements. We are open to all kinds of learners and will work with your family towards the B'nai Mitzvah education that is right for your child and the service that is right for your family. Taught by Rabbi Kinberg.
24 weeks (attendance mandatory, limited to 4 excused absences)
The annual cost is $636 for members and $936 for Kol Ami guests.

9 - 9:15 Assembly
9:15 - 10:20 Jewish & Hebrew Lessons
10:30 - 11:30 Students will learn the process of how a community creates space both physically & spiritually by helping prep the space, greet community members, & participate in leading the service.

Key Elements of our B'nai Mitzvah Lab:
-Hebrew & Prayer: Learn to chant and the meanings of 16 of our most important Jewish prayers for B'nai Mitzvah & Jewish Life.
-Weekly Torah Study: Each week we will explore that Torah portion & discuss. Excellent for building skills towards B'nai Mitzvah.
-Weekly exploration of Jewish identity & Parsha.
-A hands on process for Shabbat services with the greater community (see descriptions above).
