5PM - SET UP/Tables & Chairs
Please come at 5pm and help set up tables & chairs. There should be 7 round tables for people to eat on, (8 chairs at each one) plus two rectangle tables in the lobby for the caterers to use.
$0.005:15PM - SET UP/Table Setting
Please come at 5:15pm and help put tablecloths on, set out plates, cups, cutlery, center pieces (these will be located in the kitchenette in the lobby), and bottles of juice (will be in fridge in kitchenette).

Please come at 5:45 and help greet people, let them know where to go inside.

Please show up at 6pm and be "on call" during the dinner if anyone needs anything, something spills, etc.

Please start cleaning up the items on the tables at 7pm. Empty any food on plate to compostable trash bin. Place plates, cutlery & cups in sink. Toss any other trash in appropriate trash bin. Ask Jeffrey Grossman where tablecloths go.

Please start putting the tables and chairs back where they go before service starts at 7:30pm.

Please start greeting service goers who are coming to Shabbat Service.

Please help set up cart with juice, challah and cookies. The cart is located in the chapel but is easy to bring over. Please place back in Chapel after ONEG is over and clean up from ONEG.
