About The Events

Open Yeshiva: an inclusive space to study and explore Jewish Text. Rabbi Yohanna Kinberg is opening a yeshiva, a school for the study of Jewish text, for everyone who ever thought Jewish learning was not accessible to them or open to them. Each session we will explore a relevant and compelling topic through the lenses of Jewish text: from biblical to rabbinic, medieval to modern and of course we will also include contemporary Jewish texts in our exploration. No Hebrew necessary. Guest Rabbis and scholars will be invited to teach sessions throughout the year. Free for Kol Ami members, $10 donation suggested at the door for guests.
