Mussar for Mental Wellness: A Jewish Approach to Finding Hope & Equanimity in Life.
Every Thursday until August 25th. Seven weeks of personal development & spiritual strengthening through the exploration of Jewish values, and wisdom concepts, from our ancient traditions. We will learn text and practice tools for everyday wellness. Our sourcebook this year is: With Heart & Mind, by Alan Morinis. Additional materials are provided by Rabbi Kinberg. No previous experience necessary. Since class has already started, the Zoom link has been sent out.
